Tricsoft Technologies Engages Students at Kajjansi Progressive School on Buckpocket Keyholders

In a bid to promote financial literacy and the benefits of cashless transactions, Tricsoft Technologies Ltd. recently hosted an interactive session with students at Kajjansi Progressive School in Wakiso District. The event, led by the Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Muhumuza Gilbert, was part of the company’s ongoing expansion program aimed at introducing their innovative digital solutions to Uganda’s younger generation.

During the session, Mr. Gilbert shared insights on Buckpocket Keyholders, a revolutionary tool that empowers students and parents to embrace digital financial solutions in educational settings. Buckpocket, which has already gained traction in secondary schools across Uganda, is designed to simplify financial transactions by providing a convenient and secure method for managing school-related expenses. The keyholder system enables students to manage their pocket money efficiently, reducing the reliance on cash and providing a seamless and controlled way to handle their daily school expenses.

Mr. Gilbert explained how the Buckpocket system benefits both students and parents, ensuring a safe environment for managing school finances. He highlighted its key features, such as the ability to track payments, access financial reports, and send real-time funds to students, all through an easy-to-use mobile application or USSD code.

The interactive session aimed to provide students with the tools and knowledge necessary to embrace digital finance, preparing them for the future of cashless transactions. Students were encouraged to ask questions, share their thoughts, and express their interest in becoming active users of the system.

This initiative by Tricsoft Technologies marks a significant step towards expanding the reach of Buckpocket, while also contributing to the growth of financial literacy and innovation in Uganda's education sector.
