New Team Members Orientation at National Innovation Hub, Nakawa
On 18th September 2024, we held a comprehensive orientation session for our new staff at the Board room of the National Innovation Hub in Nakawa. This event was an important milestone in the company’s growth, as it brought together new talent to support the company’s mission of delivering innovative solutions in the technology and fintech sectors.
The orientation was designed to immerse the new staff in the company’s values, culture, and the wide range of products and services Tricsoft Technologies offers. The session included an introduction to the company’s flagship products, including Buckpocket, Tilldesk, and SaveNet, which are all central to Tricsoft’s growth and impact.
Buckpocket, a cutting-edge digital payment wallet, has already made waves in Uganda’s education sector. It helps students and parents manage school-related expenses effortlessly and promotes cashless transactions, a solution that is growing rapidly in secondary schools across the country. The team learned about Buckpocket’s user-friendly features, its role in enhancing financial literacy, and its potential for expansion across various sectors in Uganda and beyond.
Tilldesk, designed for businesses that want to streamline their operations. The product provides powerful tools for sales management, inventory tracking, and real-time transaction processing, enabling businesses to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
SaveNet, an automated system for Savings and Credit Cooperative Organizations (SACCOs), was also featured during the session. New staff were introduced to its various modules for member management, savings and loan processing, and financial reporting, all of which help SACCOs run smoothly and provide better services to their members.
The orientation provided the new team members with an in-depth understanding of these innovative solutions, while also reinforcing the company’s commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment. Staff were encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and actively contribute to the company’s mission of transforming technology and fintech landscapes in Uganda.
