Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, functional interfaces
• Build reusable and scalable frontend components
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services
• Optimize applications for performance, usability, and reliability
• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and project teams
• Debug and resolve frontend issues across different platforms and browsers
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
• Ensure applications meet security, quality, and performance standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in React.js
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Knowledge of microservices-based systems is an added advantage
• Experience developing ERP or enterprise applications is an added advantage

• Build scalable and high-performance server-side applications using Python/Django and Java
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications and external systems
• Design and manage database structures, queries, and data processing workflows
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection practices
• Work with frontend developers and other technical teams to deliver complete solutions
• Develop and maintain microservices-based applications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices
• Document technical designs, APIs, and system functionalities

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend software development
• Strong proficiency in Python/Django and Java
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
• Good understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL databases)
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment processes is an added advantage
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Experience developing ERP or enterprise applications is an added advantage
